A BILL to
repeal article one-d, chapter five of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
relating to the governor's office of fiscal risk analysis and
management.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the Governor's Office of Fiscal
Risk Analysis and Management.
Article one-d, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one
thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
